Licence

Ownership of the artifact. When you purchase a CMoz piece, you own that physical artifact outright — it is yours to wear, display, exhibit, and enjoy.

Design and code. The underlying designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Christine Farion / CMoz. Purchase of an artifact does not transfer rights to reproduce the design or produce derivative pieces for sale.

Open builds. Some projects, such as OUIS, are shared openly as tutorials on YouTube and Instructables. Those builds may be made for personal and educational use under the licence stated with each tutorial.

Exhibition and press. Collectors are welcome to exhibit and photograph their pieces. For commercial photography, press features, or film use, please contact the atelier first.
