Where pieces ship from. Every artifact is made and shipped from the CMoz atelier in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Processing time. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind working artwork, please allow 5–7 business days for final testing, documentation, and packing before dispatch.

Shipping method. All pieces ship tracked and insured. A tracking number is provided as soon as your artifact is on its way.

Packaging. Electronic wearables are packed with protective padding around embedded components, along with any care and setup instructions specific to your piece.

International orders. Duties, taxes, and customs fees for orders outside Canada are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Final sale. All 1-of-1 artifacts are final sale. If a piece arrives damaged, contact the atelier within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
